One of the most popular shows in Netflix’s library, GLOW, is returning for a fourth and final season. The female wrestling dramedy series stars Alison Brie, Betty Gilpin, and Marc Maron.
After a successful first three seasons, the show is set to end after it’s upcoming fourth season. Creators Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch are set to return as showrunners and writers and will serve as executive producers alongside Jenji Kohan, Tara Herrmann, and Mark Burley.
Through its three-season run, GLOW has earned 15 Emmy nominations and won three of them. The show follows Ruth Wilder, played by Brie, who’s a struggling actress in 1980s Los Angeles. Wilder manages to find herself fighting for one last chance at stardom when she’s thrust into the world of women’s professional wrestling.
The third season premiered just last month, and the fourth season is expected to release in 2020.
